Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your subscription, please navigate to the "Account Settings" or "Billing" section within your dashboard and follow the instructions for cancellation. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected].

Access After Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the premium features of your current plan until the end of your active billing cycle (monthly or annual).

No Future Charges:

Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.

2. Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund)

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate delivery of AI-generated content (credits and processing power), all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any partial subscription periods or unused AI credits.
  • Immediate Consumption: As soon as a subscription is activated, costs are incurred for AI server processing. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds once the service has been accessed.
  • Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel it before the next renewal date if they no longer wish to use the service.

3. Free Trial & Plan Upgrades

  • Free Trial: We may offer a limited free trial or a basic plan. We strongly recommend that users explore these options to ensure the service meets their needs before upgrading to a paid premium plan.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the new features will be available immediately. If you downgrade, the changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Exceptions may be considered only in the following scenarios:

  • Technical Failure: If a confirmed technical error on our part prevented you from using the service for more than 48 hours.
  • Duplicate Payment: In the event of a verified double-billing or accidental duplicate transaction.

In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Fraudulent Activity

If we detect any fraudulent activity, misuse of the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), or unauthorized account sharing, we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately without notice. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
